湖南浓香型产区烟叶烟气特性感官评价 被引量:10

Sensory Evaluation on Smoke Characteristics of Tobacco Leaves from Burnt-sweetness Type Tobacco-growing Areas in Hunan Province

摘要 为明确湖南浓香型产区烟叶的烟气特性,对来自该烟区的44个烟叶样品组织评吸专家进行感官评价。结果表明:①湖南浓香型产区烟叶的烟气细腻程度为尚细腻至较细腻,柔和程度为尚柔和,圆润感为尚圆润;②烟气细腻程度、柔和程度在空间分布上呈从南部向西北部递减的趋势,圆润感在空间分布上呈斑块状分布态势;③邵阳市烟叶的烟气细腻程度和柔和程度显著低于其他地区,不同地区烟叶的烟气圆润感无统计学差异;④烟气细腻程度、柔和程度和圆润感年度间无统计学差异。 44 tobacco leaves samples from Hunan burnt-sweetness type tobacco-growing areas were analyzed by sensory e-valuation in order to ascertain smoke characteristics of flue-cured tobacco. The results were as follows: ①The smoke of flue-cured tobacco from Hunan burnt-sweetness type tobacco-growing areas were from a little smoothy to smoothy, a little softness and a little mellow. ②The Kriging interpolation map indicated that the spatial distributions of the scale of smoke smoothy and softness with a trend that decreased from south to northwest, and the spatial distributions of smoke mellow was plaque. ③There were significant differences between Shaoyang with other prefectures for smoke smoothy and softness, non-significant differences among the different counties for smoke mellow. ④There were nonsignificant difference between years for smoke smoothy and softness and mellow.
