摘要
为了给崇阳县梨树轮纹病的防治及梨果实采后储藏提供理论依据,对该地区梨轮纹病病菌进行了分离、纯化培养,采用生物学、分子学鉴定及致病力测定等方法对其进行了研究。结果表明,不同地区同一品种,同一地区同一品种,同一地区不同果树种类上分离得到的轮纹病病原菌的生长速率、致病性都存在差异。因此,在不同地区应选择适合当地环境并具有较强抗性的品种进行栽培种植;受轮纹病侵染的不同种果树不要混种,以免造成相互侵染。
In order to provide information for pear ring rot control and pear storage, fungi collected in Chongyang county of Hubei province was isolated, purified and identified by biology and molecular methods, and its pathogenicity was determined. The results showed that there was some difference of growth speeds and pathogenicity among the same variety in different area, same variety in the same area and that in different fruit tree in a specific area. The suggestion about variety with strong resistance to pear ring rot and be suitable to local environment was recommended, and it was necessary not to mix infected fruit trees of different varieties to avoid crossed infection each other.
