摘要
生物农药具有环境友好的特性,可有效减轻植物的生物胁迫并在一定程度上具有促生作用,但部分生物农药如苏云金芽孢杆菌、核型多角体病毒、印楝素等存在稳定性较差、易降解失效的缺点,限制了其广泛应用和持续作用效果。微胶囊技术是一种将芯材(如药物、农药、营养成分等活性物质)包裹在微小胶囊壳内的技术,通过选用适宜的制备方法将生物农药封装在胶囊内部,可以使其免受外界环境如温度、湿度和光照等的影响,从而起到保护有效成分、提高芯材稳定性、延长有效期并减少降解的作用。本文综述了微胶囊的组成和3种新型制备方法,并对微胶囊技术在生物农药领域中的应用进行了归纳,为未来新型农药制剂的研发与产业的升级提供理论基础。
Biopesticides are environmentally friendly,which can effectively reduce plant biological stress and promote their growth to a certain extent.However,some biopesticides like Bacillus thuringiensis,nuclear polyhedrosis virus and azadirachtin,have the disadvantages of poor stability and easy degradation,which limit their wide application and sustainable efficacy.Microencapsulation is a technology that encapsulates the core material(e.g.drugs,pesticides,nutrients or other active substances)in the microcapsule shell.By selecting appropriate preparation methods,biopesticides are encapsulated inside the capsule,which can protect them from external environment stress such as temperature,humidity and light.Thus,the microcapsules can protect the active ingredient,improve the stability of the core material,extend the validity period and reduce the degradation.In this paper,the composition and three novel preparation methods of microcapsules are reviewed,and the application of microencapsulation technology in the field of biopesticide is summarized,which will provide a theoretical basis for the research and development of new pesticide formulation and industrial upgrading in the future.
