摘要
为观察重组日本血吸虫副肌球蛋白 (r Sj97)对水牛的保护效果。 2 0头水牛随机分为佐剂 (Quil A)对照组和抗原 (r Sj97)免疫组。对照组仅注射 Quil A,而免疫组注射 Quil A加 r Sj97,在第 0、2、15周肌肉注射。第 3次免疫后两周经腹部贴片攻击感染 10 0 0条日本血吸虫尾蚴 ,感染后第 49d剖杀冲虫 ,计数虫数和肝卵数。结果显示 ,与对照组相比 ,r Sj97免疫组的减虫率为 49.9% (P<0 .0 5 ) ,肝脏减卵率 5 7.3% (P<0 .0 1)。提示 r Sj97可诱导水牛产生一定程度的抗血吸虫攻击感染的保护性免疫力 ,并具有一定程度的抗病作用 ,进一步证实了副肌球蛋白可作为抗血吸虫病的候选疫苗分子。
To observe the effect of immunity against Schistosoma japonicum in buffaloes immunized with recombinant S. japonicum paramyosin(rSj97), 20 buffaloes were divided into vaccination group and control group. The buffaloes in vaccination group were immunized with rSj97 mixed with Quil A and those in control group were injected with Quil A only. The initial injection was followed by two sets of booster at the 2nd week and 15th week respectively. Two weeks after the final injection, the buffaloes were challenged with 1 000 cercariae of S. japonicum and then were sacrificed 49 days after challenge . Worm burden and EPG(eggs per gram) in the liver were counted. The result showed that the worm reduction rate was 49.9% ( P <0.05) and that liver egg reduction rate was 57.3%( P <0.01) in vaccination group compared with the control group. The results suggested that rSj97 could induce a significantly protective immunity in buffalo.
