摘要
阐述了我国生产制造业中的现存问题及静态仿真技术在车间布局规划中的重要作用。介绍了CATIA软件的自身优势及应用的广泛性,确定了装配车间静态仿真的分析方案。根据二维工艺布局图,搭建了装配车间三维仿真模型。通过静态仿真过程中的三个方案规划分析,验证了静态仿真技术在装配车间工艺布局过程中的实用性和可靠性。
Firstly,the existing problems in production manufacturing in our country and the important role that static simulation technology played in workshop layout planning were analyzed. The characteristics of CATIA and its advantages and wide applica tions were introduced and the assembly workshop static simulation analysis program was designed. And then, the 3D simulation model of the assembly workshop was built according to the 2D process layout. Finally, based on the three program planning analy ses in the process of static simulation, the practicality and reliability of the static simulation technology in the assembly workshop planning layout process was verified.
