摘要
为了快速地设计出高效合理的生产线 ,研究一种利用虚拟制造技术对生产线进行可视化设计的方法 .首先应用面向对象技术建立制造环境中的基本资源类库 ,并针对其中对象建立相应的模型库 ,然后通过可视化的建模方式 ,构建出可模拟真实生产环境的虚拟可视化模型 .该技术将为生产线的设计以及快速重组设计提供有效的建模和分析工具 。
In order to get a productive and rational production line rapidly and effectively, a new visual method with virtual manufacturing was introduced. First, the object oriented method was used to establish the basic resource class library, and a model library was created according to the objects in the resource library, then the 2D and 3D models, which can simulate the real manufacturing environment, were constructed through visual modeling method. This method will provide an efficient tool for modeling and analyzing the layout planning and rapid reconfiguration design of PL, and improve the rationality of the design.
