摘要
选取8周龄雄性SD大鼠研究大蒜素和运动疲劳对大鼠P-PKC的影响,实验鼠随机分为安静对照组、运动疲劳组以及相应实验性设计的大蒜素+运动疲劳组,各组又根据取材时间不同随机分为末次训练后24 h组与72 h组2个小组.运动疲劳时间为5周,期间逐渐递增负荷或时间.测定各组大鼠脾淋巴细胞PPKC水平.结果显示,运动疲劳组(P<0.01)与大蒜素+运动疲劳组(P<0.05)大鼠脾淋巴细胞P-PKC水平均显著低于安静对照组,而运动疲劳组与大蒜素+运动疲劳组之间无显著性差异.研究认为,运动疲劳的发生与P-PKC表达的变化有关,而大蒜素对该变化并未表现出明显的干预作用.
The effect of allicin on PKC in exercise - induced fatigue rats was investigated. SD rats aged 8 weeks were randomly divided into 3 groups : 1 ) Control, 2) Training, and 3) Training + Allicin. Each group was further randomly divided into two sub - groups, according to the two time of sampling: 1 ) 24 h post training and 2) 72h post training. Rats in Training and Training + Allicin had been performed incremental load swimming training for 5 weeks. The concentrations of P-PKC collected from spleen lymphocytes were measured. The concentrations of P - PKC collect- ed from spleen lymphocytes in Training (P 〈0.01 ) and Training + Allicin (P 〈0.05) were both significantly lower than that in Control. While which in Training + Allicin showed no significant differenee compared with that in Train- ing. Exercise-induced fatigue may be associated with the change of P - PKC. Therefore, allicin had no signifieant effect on the change of P - PKC.
