摘要
目的 探讨黄芪多糖的促再生及修复作用。方法 本实验采用 6 0只大鼠同时用Co60 -γ射线照射 ,造成脾脏放射损伤模型 ,然后随机分成实验对照组和实验用药组。用药组每只大鼠每日腹腔注射黄芪煎剂液 5ml,给药后第 2 0天和 2 8天处死大鼠 ,在电镜下观察碑脏淋巴细胞超微结构。结果 实验对照组大鼠脾淋巴细胞损伤未恢复正常 ,而给药组大鼠损伤的脾淋巴细胞第 2 0天一半以上恢复正常 ,第 2 8天基本恢复正常。
Objective To explore promotion regeneration and repair of astraglin .Methods The samples from 60 rats damaged by radiation with Co 60 X-ray were divided into control group and experimental group at random. The rats to be killed in 20 or 28 days in the experemental group were given with 5ml injection of astraglin a day to abdorminal cavity and the ultrastructures wereobserved.Results The spleen lymphocyto of the rats in the controlgroup didn't recover, but those with the action ot the medicine recovered partily and completely after 20 and 28 days respectively.Conclusions Astraglin can help repair and promote the regneration of the damaged spleen.
