摘要
针对医学研究生教育的现状和特点,分析了隐性课程建设在医学研究生教育中的重要作用和意义,探讨了隐性课程开发和建设的可行性措施。医学研究生教育中开展隐性课程建设有利于进一步提高医学研究生教育水平,培养德才兼备的医学人才。
The essentiality and significance of development and construction of hidden curriculum in medical postgraduate education is analyzed based on the currenct situation and characteristic of medical postgraduate education. And the feasible measures for the development and construction of hidden curriculum are explored. It is helpful to carry out hidden curriculum for improving the level of medical postgraduate education and cul- turing medical successors with both abilitv and political integrity.
