摘要
分析美国乡村医学教育计划的成功经验,结合我国实际国情剖析现今全科医师短缺的现状和原因,提出加快培养高素质全科医师人才的建议和思路。
In this paper, successful model of American rural medical education plan was be analyzed. According to situation of current shortage of health staff and doctors, some politic and medical sug- gestions were provided for Chinese government, in order to prove the working and living environment ~ of general practice physicians in rural and community regions.
