摘要
农村订单定向免费医学生政策实施以来,学者对免费医学生的研究逐渐深入。本文围绕政策与实践、课程建设与教学改革、思想政治教育、学习动机、专业认同与职业认同、就业意愿、培养模式改革等进行系统的梳理,并对研究状况进行述评,以期为该领域的研究和实践提供参考。
Since the implementation of the policy of rural-oriented free medical students,scholars have gradually deepened their research on free medical students.The paper systematically combs around policy and practice,curriculum development and teaching reform,ideological and political education,learning motivation,professional identity and professional identity,employment willingness,and reform of training patterns.The reviews on the research situation in order to provide reference for the research and practice in this field.
