摘要
该文介绍生物界四大类糖链,综述糖蛋白糖链释放方法、糖链分离纯化技术以及结构解析相关技术的研究进展,展望后续研究中糖链结构解析技术发展方向。
Four types of Glycans in biological world were introduced in this paper. Research progress on the release, separation and purification, structure identification of glycan from glycoprotein were summarized, and the research directions of glycan structural analysis were prospected.
