摘要
本文报道用三维高效液相色谱法对加味逍遥散中单味药进行定性鉴定，并对其中所含柴胡皂甙、山栀子甙等８种指标成分进行了含量测定，均得到满意结果。
A Chinese traditional patent medicine Jiawei Xiaoyao San was analysed by three dimensional HPLC. The result shows that the Chinese medicine involved in Jiawei Xiaoyao San was identified excellently and the content of Marker substance can be determined. According to the results of determination, the percent content of saikosaponin b1, b2 glycyrrhizin, paeonol, paeoniflorin, geniposide, atractylenolide Ⅲ and 6-gingerol in Jiawei Xiaoyao San was 1.08 (mg/d) 0.71, 76.13, 2.76, 78.43, 63.25, 0.46 and 12.42, respectively. The average relative standard deviation was 1.4%, 3.6%, 1.2%, 0%, 1.5%, 1.0%, 0% and 3.4% respectively.
