日本晚樱绿枝内无潜伏根原基存在 ,无论对照还是IBA处理 ,其不定根由形成层薄壁细分化而成 ,属诱导生根型 (即诱生根原始体型 ) ;
There is no latent root primordium in the softwood cutting. Adventitious root of the cutting treated with either IBA or control initiates in cambium and belongs to the type of induced root primordium (also called induced root initial type). Adventitious roots oritinating from callus are not found in the study.
