摘要
柠条插穗生根属于愈伤组织生根类型。愈伤组织形成,诱发根原始体阶段,下切口深处的土壤≥10℃的积温是主导因子。形成愈伤组织适宜的平均土壤温度为18~20℃,≥10℃积温为360~400℃,土壤含水量为18~20%,诱发根原始体适宜的平均土壤温度为20~25℃。≥10℃积温为800~1000℃,土壤含水量为15~18%。
Describes the relationship between rooting of Caragana cuttings and under-layer soil temperature. Cumulative of underlayer soil temperature≥10℃ is the key factor for the callus formation and induce root primordium. An average soil temperature of 18-20℃, cumulative temperature of 360-400℃ (≥10℃), and a soil moisture of 18-20% is suitable for callus formation.And average soil temperature of 20-25℃, cumulative temperature of 800-1000℃, and a soil moisture 15-18% is suitable for the induction of root primordium as well as the survival and development of the cuttings.
