摘要
国际竞争越演越烈,人才的竞争已经成为国家间竞争的重要因素。特别是产业转型与升级迫切要求建立起科学合理的人力资源结构,需要高层次的人才存量和增量,因此,建立有效的高端人才集聚机制既紧迫又必要。本文以连云港产业集聚环境下的高端人才状况为例,结合产业集聚层次递进耦合理论和人才集聚模式构造出高端人才集聚动态形成机理模型,并分析其相应的驱动因素,以推动我国高端人才集聚的有序发展。
With international competition becoming more and more fierce, talent competition has become an important factor of competition among countries, especially the establishment of a scientific and reasonable human resource slructure urgently re-quired by the industry transformation and upgrading, demanding the number and increase of high-end talents, therefore, it is ur- gent and necessary to establish an effective mechanism of high-end talent agglomeration. With the situation of high-end talents in the background of Lianyungang industrial agglomera-tion as an example, combining with the theory of hierarchic ad- vance and coupling of industrial agglomeration, and talent ag-glomeration mode, this paper constructs the formation mechanism model of talent agglomeration, and analyzes its corresponding driving factors, so as to ensure the orderly development of high-end talent agglomeration in China.
