摘要
文章指出,企业文化具有价值性、独特性和延展性特征,对企业核心竞争力具有约束—促进作用。企业文化与企业核心竞争力一旦形成,都具有相对稳定性,会在较长时期内对企业发展起到稳定的推动作用,但在不断发展变化的外部环境中,二者都处于不断演进状态中。为了更好地塑造企业核心竞争力或满足企业核心竞争力的需要,必须不断调整企业文化等内部资源。在企业新生期,企业文化也处于初创期,即宙斯型文化;在成长期,阿波罗文化开始取代宙斯型文化,成为企业文化发展方向;在企业成熟期,企业文化发展表现出明显的雅典娜文化特征,在企业信息吸收、信息沟通处理、战略思维等方面,途径更加宽广,视野更加广阔,核心预见力明显提升;随着知识经济的日益成熟,企业文化必须向着更加开放和个性化的方向发展,狄娥尼索斯文化应运而生,成为适应企业核心竞争力建设要求的企业文化发展方向。
This paper analyzes the natural relationship between intra-company culture and the core competitiveness of an enterprise. The analysis is based on the systematic theory and the researches on the fundamental characteristics of the enterprise cultures, competitiveness and operational strategies. The analysis reveals the natural laws governing the mechanism how an intra-company culture impacting the incentive and disincentive factors to the enterprise core competitiveness. Based on the results of analyzing four typical intra-company cultures, a schematic model is developed to depict the restriction-acceleration among the intra-company culture and the key factors impacting the enterprise competitiveness. It also points out good directions to build competitive intra-company cultures in the present information age.
