尿多酸肽抗肿瘤作用的研究进展

摘要 尿多酸肽（CDA-2）是健康男性尿液经酸化、树脂吸附、乙醇洗脱、真空干燥等得到的混合物，含有多种有机酸和多肽成分，主要包括苯乙酸、吲哚乙酸、马尿酸、苯乙酰谷氨酰胺和小分子多肽等细胞分化诱导剂、分化帮助剂和抗恶病质剂。通过多种成分的共同作用，发挥抗癌效果，是全新的非细胞毒性抗肿瘤物，其作用靶点是抑制甲基转移复合酶，使癌细胞达到最终分化，对多种肿瘤细胞有明显的抑制生长及诱导分化作用。
