摘要
目的 :研究腹腔镜胆囊切除术 (LC)时CO2 人工气腹对心肌酶谱的影响。方法 :选择 30例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级患慢性胆囊炎、胆石症择期手术的病人 ,行静脉复合麻醉。于麻醉诱导前、CO2 气腹前、气腹后 15min和30min及放气后 5min分别采集静脉血标本测定心肌酶谱 (LDH、CK、HBDH)。结果 :麻醉诱导前后 ,以及CO2气腹后 15min和 30min及放气后 5min与气腹前比较心肌酶无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。CO2 气腹后 30min和术毕放气后 5min与气腹前比较LDH虽有升高 ,但无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :LC时CO2
Objeictive:To study the effect of CO 2 pneumoperitoneum on the myocardial enzymes in the coures of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:Thirty patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy,ASA class Ⅰ~Ⅱ,received intravenous combined anesthesia.The myocardial enzymes(LDH、CK、HBDH) were measured before induction of anesthesia,before CO 2 inflation of the peritoneum,at 15 min and 30 min after CO 2 inflation of the peritoneum,and 5 min after release of insufflation.Results:No significant change at all time points compared with that before CO 2 inflation of the peritoneum ( P >0.05)was observed.However,LDHincreased slightly at 30 min after CO 2 inflation of the peritoneum and 5 min after release of insufflation,but not statistically significan ( P >0.05).Conclusion:Is on significant effect of CO 2 Peneumoperitoneum on the myocardial enzymes during laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
