摘要
目的 :积极探索适合急危重症护理技能的教学方法。方法 :将本院护理系2011级护理专业学生215人分组,实验组A55人,实验组B52人,对照组108人。在"单人徒手心肺复苏术实验教学"中,对照组按传统教学方法进行教学,实验组A采用改进后的任务驱动教学法,实验组B采用经典的任务驱动教学法。教学结束后采用技能考试和学生访谈等方法,比较、分析三组学生的操作成绩和访谈结果。结果 :操作考试成绩显示两个实验组均优于对照组(P<0.05),两个实验组之间无差别。学生访谈显示,在任务驱动教学中引入"问题导入"的示教形式,能使学生技能掌握更加高效,课上训练时间也更加充裕。结论 :改进后的任务驱动教学比经典任务驱动教学和传统教学更适合急危重症护理技能实验教学的需要。
Objective：To explore more suitable teaching method in experimental teaching of emergency and critical care skills. Methods：Totally 215 nursing students in class 2011 were divided into three groups, 55 in experimental group A, 52 in experimental group B, and 108 in control group. In the teaching courses of single cardiopulmonary resuscitation, teachers carried on the traditional teaching method in the control group, but they implemented improved task-driven teaching method in the experimental group A, and classical task-driven teaching method in the experimental group B. Skill test and interview method were used to evaluate the results after ifnishing teaching. Results：The skill examination scores were higher in two experimental groups than the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no difference between two experimental groups. Students＇ interview showed that putting the problem guide process into demonstration in the task-driven teaching method could increase the efifciency of skill practice. Conclusion：The improved task-driven teaching method which added problem guide process into demonstration was more suitable than the other methods for experimental teaching of emergency and critical care skills.
