摘要
目的观察ATP生物荧光法监测口腔诊所综合治疗台清洁效果。方法用ATP荧光检测仪,对北京朝阳区部分医疗单位口腔综合治疗台卫生清洁效果进行监测与评价。结果监测61台口腔综合治疗台台面、无影灯扶手、光固化机头等部位以及诊疗用水。以诊疗用水污染最严重,平均超标率达到88.53%;其次是光固化机头,污染超标率为57.38%;治疗台面和无影灯扶手污染超标率也接近20%。整体卫生质量评价,以美容院口腔科卫生清洁较好,以口腔诊所最差。结论 ATP生物荧光法应用于表面清洁效果动态监测具有良好的可行性和可操作性,出结果快。
Objective To observe the cleaning effect of dental chair unit with ATP fluorescence method. Method ATP fluorescence instrument was used to monitor and evaluate the cleaning effect of dental chair unit in some of the medical in- stitutes of Chaoyang District in Beijing. Result The cleaning effect of 61 dental clinics were monitered on the surface of dental chair unit, light handle, light curing unit and dental unit water. The dental unit water pollution was the most seri- ous, the average unqualified rate was 88. 53%. The followed was light curing unit, the average unqualified rate was 57. 38%. The average unqualified rate of the surface of dental chair unit and light handle pollution were near 20%. Evalua- tion of cleaning quality of the whole, the departments of stomatology of beauty salon was better, the worst was the dental clinics. Conclusion ATP bioluminescence method is applied to dynamic monitoring and clean effect with good feasibility and operability.
