摘要
目的了解口腔科综合治疗台进出水管路污染情况,为医院感染控制提供参考依据。方法对进水水源(自来水、蒸馏水、过滤水)、储水罐、进水管、出水管、手机出水、水枪出水等环节进行连续7天采样监测,重复4个周期。结果自来水、蒸馏水、过滤水、储水罐、进水管、出水管、手机出水、水枪出水分别在第3天、第5天、第5天、第4天、第4天、第3天、第3天、第3天超标。结论口腔综合治疗台进出水管路在使用过程中确实有污染情况,应采取一定措施。
Objective In order to better controlling the Nosocomial infection and providing the reference basis, we investigated the pollution status of unit waterlines of the dental synthetical platform cured. Methods To intakes at the source of a river ( running water, distilled water, filters water ) , storage tank, in and out ducts,handset ducts, water gun ducts etc, and the link is carried on continuous samplings of the 7 days monitorings , repeats 4 periods. Results The following were the sam ples and the times which exceeded the criteria: running water on 3rd day; distilled water, 5th; filter water,Sth; storage tank, 4th; in duct, 4th; out duct, 3th;handset duct, 3rd; water gun duct, 3rd day, Conclusion The results showed that there was indeed pollution existed in unit waterlines of the dental synthetical platform cured in the use course and we should adopt the control measures.
