摘要
目的了解江西省口腔门诊医务人员医院感染控制的相关知识、态度和行为情况,分析影响因素并提出改进对策。方法通过分层随机抽样调查的方式,对江西省部分医疗机构口腔门诊医务人员就医院感染相关情况进行问卷调查。结果共调查59家医院口腔门诊医护人员849名,均对医院感染控制较为重视;598名医生对"喷溅性操作时为患者防护"和"喷溅性操作时使用隔离衣"两项内容的知晓率分别为18.6%和14.3%;251名护士对上述两项知晓率分别为33.8%和34.7%。医护人员对牙科手机、洁牙机和调拌刀消毒行为的依从率低,其中调拌刀消毒的行为依从率最低,医、护人员分别为29.6%和29.5%。结论纳入调查的江西省部分医院口腔门诊医务人员均较重视医院感染控制工作,有较强的感染控制意识,但对医院感染的部分控制措施执行率较低,尚有待加强。
Objective To evaluate the dental clinic medical staffs＇ knowledge,attitude and behavior of nosocomial infection control in Jiangxi province,so as to analyze its influence factors,and to provide some suggestions. Methods The multi- stage stratified random sampling was used in 59 Dental Clinic medical institutions in Jiangxi province and a total of 849 medical questionnaires were conducted to collect their KAP status and general population characteristics. Results The hospital infection control status of KAP for 598 doctors and 251 nurses indicated that,the knowledge of ‘splash operations to protect patients knowledge＇,‘splash operations using gowns knowledge＇were lower,with the knowledge rates of the doctors were 18. 6% and 33. 8% respectively and those of nurses were14. 3% and 34. 7% respectively. The attitudes of‘timely replacement of clothes＇,‘ask and record the history of infectious diseases attitude＇were negative,with the compliance rates of doctors and nursed were 27. 3%,25. 9% and 39. 8%,31. 5% respectively. The behavior compliance rates of handpiece,scaler and spatulation knife were low,especially the ‘spatulaion knife disinfection＇compliance was the worst（ 29. 6%,29. 5%）. Conclusion Dental clinic medical staffs＇ knowledge of hospital infection control is relatively good and their attitude to infection control is relatively positive. But the implementation of hospital infection control part is poor,which needs to be strengthened in Jiangxi province.
