摘要
黄伞菌丝生物学特性试验结果表明:菌丝生长的适宜范围是20℃~25℃;适宜的pH范围为7.0~8.0;最佳碳源为果糖;最佳氮源为酵母浸膏和硫酸铵;最佳无机盐为MgSO4和KH2PO4;添加维生素对菌丝生长的影响不明显。
The results of the experiment on the biological characteristics of Pholiota adiposa mycelia showed that the temperatures and pH appropriate to its myeelial growth were 20℃-25℃ and 7.0-8.0 resp.; that the best carbon sources were Fructose;the optimal nitrogen sources were yeast extract and (NH4)2SO4;the optimal inorganic salts were MgSO4 and KH2PO4 ;and vitamins added had no significant effect on its myeelial growth.
