摘要
对13个灵芝杂交菌株进行栽培试验,综合比较菌株菌丝生长速度、生物学效率、子实体形态特征、多糖和三萜含量等指标。结果表明,菌株4947、4930、4895适用于药用菌栽培;菌株4911菌盖最大(12.47 cm),菌盖较厚,子实体色泽好,可用于制作盆景。
Thirteen Ganoderma lingzhi hybrid strains were compared in terms of mycelial growth rate,biological efficiency,fruit body morphological morphology,polysaccharide and triterpenoid contents. The results showed that the strains 4947,4930 and 4895 were suitable for medicinal cultivation; the strain 4911 had the maximum( 12. 47 cm) and thicker cap and good color,thus it could be used for bonsais.
