摘要
目的 探讨胶质瘤组织中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)及其受体 (FGFR)表达与恶性程度的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学和图像分析技术观测 6 1例人脑星形细胞肿瘤中bFGF和FGFR的表达规律 ,并定量检测Ⅷ因子相关抗原 (FⅧRAg)以反映内皮细胞数量和微血管密度。结果 ①FⅧRAg阳性细胞总面积和积分光密度随级别增高而显著增大 ;②bFGF反应强度与FⅧRAg表达呈正相关 ;bFGF阳性反应强度对患者生存率曲线有明显影响 ;③各级别肿瘤FGFR阳性反应强度差异无显著性 ;FGFR表达水平对患者生存率影响无显著性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expressions of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and its receptor (FGFR) and the malignancy of glioma. Methods The expressions of bFGF and FGFR in 61 cases of brain glioma were studied with immunohistochemical methods and image analysis technique. Factor Ⅷ related antigen (FⅧRAg) was detected quantitatively for the amount of endothelia and microvessel density in the tumor tissues. Results ①The total area and integral optical density of FⅧRAg reactions were increased along with the tumor grade. ②The reaction intensity of bFGF was positively correlaed to the expression of FⅧRAg and had a significant effect on patients' survival curve. ③No difference was found in FGFR expression levels of different grade tumors. No effect of this receptor on the survival rate was found. Conclusion The detection of bFGF and its receptor might be of significance to analysis the malignancy of human gliomas.
