bFGF Gene Expression and Microvessel Count in Human Glioma

摘要 探讨bFGF基因表达与人脑胶质瘤间质血管增生的关系。方法:采用原住杂交法检测57例胶质瘤组织的bFGFmRNA表达水平并定量分析其所含毛细血管。结果:各级胶质瘤bFGFmRNA表达均阳性,随着胶质瘤级别的升高表达水平也升高。胶质瘤间质血管计数表明,胶质瘤Ⅲ、Ⅳ级高于正常脑组织和Ⅰ、Ⅱ级对目关分析表明人脑胶质瘤间质血管计数与bFGFmRNA表达水平及胶质瘤分级均呈正相关关系,结论:bFGF可能是促进胶质瘤间质血管过度增生的重要因子之一。 Objective: To study the relationship between bFGF gene expression and angiogenesisof human glioma tissues. Methods: bFGF mRNA expression and neovascularization were studied in57 samples of human glioma by means of in situ hybridization and counting of the number of microves-sels. Results: bFGF mRNA expressed in all of the gliomas with different grades and the level paral-leled with the grade of the glioma. The number of microvessels in glioma of grade and was high-er than that in normal brain tissue and glioma grade and . There was a positive correlation betweenbFGF gene expression level and the grade of glioma. Conclusion: bFGF might be one of the importantfactors in the angiogenesis of glioma.
