摘要
为筛选高效降解硫苷的微生物,以菜籽粕为原料,通过富集、分离、氯化钯-硫苷降解率法筛选,并对筛选到的1株高效菌株进行显微形态和分子生物学鉴定。本研究共筛选到10株具有硫苷降解能力的菌株,降解率在45%~60%,其中8号菌株最高,可达58.11%,经显微特征结合ITS序列鉴定,8号菌株为黄曲霉(Aspergillus flavus)。
To screen microorganism with high efficiency of degrading glucosinolates, taking rapeseed meal as material, glucosinolates-degrading bacteria were screened through enrichment, isolation and palladium chloride-glucosinolates degrading rate method. Microscopic morphological and molecular biological assays on one screened high effective bacteria strain were conducted. Totally 10 strains with capacity of degrading glucosinolates were screened. The degrading rates of these 10 strains were 40%-60%, and the highest degrading rate(58.11% ) was observed in strain No. 8. The morphological characteristics and ITS sequence of strain No. 8 indicated it belongs to Aspergilus flavus.
