摘要
筛选出了在菜粕上生长旺盛,能有效降低硫苷和粗纤维含量的高效降解菌株——枯草芽孢杆菌B3、纳豆芽孢杆菌N1和酿酒酵母R1,并进行单菌、混菌发酵实验。结果表明,混株发酵效果优于单菌株发酵,恶唑烷硫酮(OZT)及异硫氰酸酯(ITC)的降解率分别达到70.75%、82.14%;植酸、芥子碱、中性洗涤纤维分别减少71.37%、70.88%和26.12%;菜籽饼粕中粗蛋白的含量提高了13.70%。
This paper selected the high-effective strains Bacillus subtilis B3 ,Bacillus natto N1, Saccharomyces cerevisiae R1, which can grow vigorously on the rapeseed meal, effectively degrade glucosinolate and crude fiber. The results showed that the effect of mixed-strains fermentation is superior to single-strain fermentation. The degradation rate of oxazolidine thione(OZT) and isothiocyanate (ITC) reached to 70.75% and 82. 14% ; the content of phytic acid, sinapine and neutral detergent fiber decreased by 71.37% , 70.88% and 26. 12% respectively; the content of crude protein increased by 13.70% in fermented rapeseed meal.
