摘要
目的研究分析腹腔镜手术治疗前后子宫内膜异位患者血浆微小RNA(miR)及红细胞多项指标的变化情况。方法选取2011年9月至2013年5月采用腹腔镜手术进行治疗的37例子宫内膜异位症患者为观察组,并以同时期采用开腹手术治疗的37例患者为对照组,然后将两组患者手术前与手术后1、3、5 d的的多项血浆miR及红细胞指标进行比较。结果观察组术后1、3、5 d的血浆miR-20a、miR-21及miR-199a均高于对照组,红细胞免疫指标均优于对照组,红细胞黏度相关指标则均显著低于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论腹腔镜手术治疗后子宫内膜异位患者血浆miR呈现持续改善,而红细胞多项指标的变化也更为明显。
Objective To study and analyze the change situation of plasma miR and various erythrocyte indexes of patients with endome- triosis before and after laparoscopic operation. Methods 37 patients with endometriosis who were treated with laparoscopic operation in our hospi- tal from September 2011 to May 2013 were selected as observation group. 37 patients who were treated with open operation at the same period were selected as the control group. Then various plasma miR and erythrocyte indexes of two groups before the operation and at first,third and fifth day after the operation were compared. Results The plasma miR -20a, miR -21 and miR - 199a of observation group at first, third and fifth day after the operation were higher than those of control group. Erythrocyte immune indexes were all better than those of control group. Erythrocyte viscosity related indexes were all lower than those of control group. There were all significant differences. Conclusion The plasma miR of patients with en- dometriosis after laparoscopic operation continuously improve. The change of various erythrocyte indexes are more obvious.
