摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果。方法从我院于2008年1月-2014年4月接收的子宫内膜异位症患者中抽选典型病例作为研究对象,分成不同疗法组：研究组患者208例,给予腹腔镜手术治疗;对照组患者200例,给予常规开腹手术治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果研究组患者的疾病缓解率为96.2%,明显高于对照组（90.0%）,复发率（1.4%）明显低于对照组（5.0%）（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果明显,可改善临床症状和预后,降低疾病复发率,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the effect of laparoscope surgery treating endometriosis. Methods Typical cases from endometriosis patients received by our hospital from January 2008 to April 2014 were selected as research group.Cases were divided into different therapy group,208 cases（study group） were treated with laparoscopic surgery therapy,while200 cases（control group） were treated with routine open surgery therapy.Clinical effect between two groups was compared. Results The disease remission rate in study group（96.2%） was obviously higher than that of control group（90.0%）,and recurrence rate（1.4%） was obviously lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic surgery treating endometriosis is obvious,and it can improve the clinical symptom and prognosis,reduce recurrence rate of disease.It is worthy of reference.
