植物类胡萝卜素生物合成和积累的光调控 被引量:2

Light-Dependent Regulation of Carotenoid Biosynthesis and Accumulation in Plant

摘要 在介绍类胡萝卜的生物合成途径及调控的基础上,结合作者的工作,研究不同LED光质对采后辣椒果实中类胡萝卜素总量以及色角均有不同的影响,为建立辣椒提前采收、LED光源人工增色的技术提供理论依据. The results from our research group indicated that the total carotenoids and color of pepper depend on the wave length of LED light. The results will help reveal the signal pathway of light mediated carotenoid metabolism in pepper fruits, and will make it possible to enhance carotenoids content in earlier harvested pepper fruit after treating with LED light.
