摘要
施胶均匀性直接影响人造板的力学性能。介绍了人造板施胶应用中的高压无气喷嘴,利用ANSYS Fluent对一种高压无气喷嘴内部流场及其雾化效果进行了仿真分析,得出了高压无气喷嘴内部压力场和速度场的分布规律,找出了该喷嘴的最佳雾化状态。该研究提高了原料利用率,降低了生产成本。
Because sizing uniformity directly affects the mechanical properties of wood-based panels ,this article describes the plywood glue application airless nozzle using ANSYS Fluent for a high-pressure airless spray nozzle flow field and its effect is simulated and analyzed, obtained Airless nozzle internal pressure and velocity field distribution. In addition,it is found the best atomization nozzle. The research improves the utilization of raw material and reduces the production costs.
