摘要
为提高粉料模压工艺中的施胶精度,基于MODBUS RTU和PWM构建粉体螺旋进料变量喷雾施胶试验平台并进行试验。建立电机频率与进料量的数学模型及气流压力、PWM占空比与喷胶量的数学模型,并进行试验验证。在试验设定的螺旋电机频率下,实际螺旋进料量与拟合值最大偏差为3.04%,平均偏差为1.97%;气流压力分别为0.30 MPa、0.40 MPa、0.50 MPa时,喷胶量与占空比成线性函数关系,模型决定系数R2均在0.990以上,喷胶量控制误差在4%以内,实现了喷胶量随进料量和气流压力的即时调节。
In order to improve the accuracy of glue application in powder molding process,a platform for variable speed-based spraying and glue applying testing involved was established based on MODBUS RTU and PWM and testing was performed.Two mathematical models were constructed,with one describing relationships between motor frequency and feeding quantity and the other one presenting relevance among air pressure,PWM duty cycle and glue consumption,followed by a verification test.Within screw motor frequency set in the test,the maximum and average deviations of the actual feeding quantity from the fitting value were 3.04%and 1.97 respectively.When air pressure was set to be 0.30,0.40 and 0.50 MPa respectively,the glue consumptions were linearly related to duty cycle and the model determination coefficient R2 was no less than 0.990,with the glue consumption error less than 4%,realizing the timely regulation of glue consumption based on feeding quantity and air pressure.
