摘要
以小型实验用木材压干窑为模型,基于Fluent软件对设备内部流场进行初压缩模拟和压缩结束后模拟,得到设备不同层面上的风速,并对每组风速进行比较,得出设备参数不变情况下的最优流场的风速,并预测不同压缩量下各种风速对流场均匀性的影响。
By taking a small-sized experimental wood press-drying kiln as testing model, and adopting the software of Fluent, the internal air flow fields in the wood press-drying kiln were simulated at the initial time and at the end time. The wind velocity values on different wood layers were obtained and compared, than the optimal wind velocity of internal air flow fields was selected out. The effects of different wind velocity values with different amount of compression on the flow field homogeneity in the kiln were predicted.
