摘要
科技期刊编辑情绪智力中的情绪认知、情绪促进、情绪理解、情绪管理能力可促进作者群的组建。科技期刊编辑的情绪理解能力有利于作者群的维护,情绪管理能力能使编辑有效处理作者面对退稿和修改意见时所产生的负性情绪,高情绪智力可有效优化作者群。
The emotion cognition, emotion-facilitating, emotion understanding and emotion management in the emotional intelligence of sci-tech periodical editors can promote the establishment of author group. The sci-tech periodical editors＇ emotion understanding plays an important role in maintaining the author group, and their emotion management can help them treat with the authors＇ negative emotion effectively, which occurs when they facing manuscript rejection and modification suggestion. Sci-tech periodical editors＇ high emotional intelligence can also optimize the author group.
