摘要
影响因素的分析是进行动力学及反应机理相关研究的基础。文章在液固比为40的强碱浸出反应体系下,研究了反应时间、反应温度对反应过程的影响,同时利用X衍射技术(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜技术(SEM)对反应产物的晶体矿物相、微观形貌及微观成分等进行了详细的研究。研究结果表明:粉煤灰在碱浸出条件下的反应速率随着反应的进行而逐渐降低,且该反廊对温度非常敏感。反麻后期形成的矿物相和胶凝体成为阻碍反应进行的主要因素。另外,LindeTypeF(K)可以在20~75℃的温度范嗣和5~10mol/L的强碱条件下形成。
Analysis of reaction influencing factors is the basis for studying reaction kinetics and mechanism. Under alkaline leaching system with liquid/solid as 40, the paper studied how reaction time and reaction temperature affected the reaction process. Meanwhile, XRD and SEM were used to study the mineral phases, micro-morphology and micro-composition of re- action products. Results showed that the reaction rate of fly ash under alkaline leaching system decreased with reaction time. The reaction was sensitive with reaction temperature. The crystalline phase and gel which were forming at later stage could hinder the reaction process. Then, Linde Type F(K) could be formed under 20℃ to 75 ℃ and 5-10 mol/L alkaline solution.
