从工业废弃物或副产品中开发地聚合物生态材料取代普通硅酸盐水泥混凝土,创建了一种低温室气体排放量可持续发展的地聚物生产方法。基于安全性方面考虑,传统地聚物限制了其产品的工业大规模应用。在此背景下,从粉煤灰和城镇生活污水处理厂排放的污泥中提取了一种新型的单组分地聚合物。借助于傅利叶红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等分析仪器,考察了原料向地聚物的转化过程。耐酸试验表明,该粘结剂具有良好的耐酸蚀性能。在5%H2SO4溶液中浸泡28d,样品重量几乎不改变。与在水中固化的对照样进行了比较,强酸浸泡对粉煤灰和水处理污泥组成的单组分地聚物体系的质量和强度没有明显影响。拓宽了煤粉灰和污水处理厂污泥在地聚物合成中的潜在应用范围。
Developing geo-polymer Eco-materials from industrial waste or by-products to replace ordinary Portland cement concrete creates a method of geo-polymer production for sustainable development of low-temperature green-house gas emissions. Considering the safety, the traditional geo-polymer restricts the large-scale industrial application of its products. In this context, a new type of one-component geo-polymer was extracted from fly ash and sludge discharged from municipal sewage treatment plants. The transformation process of raw materials into geo-polymer was investigated by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The acid resistance test shows that the binder has good acid resistance. When soaked in 5% H2SO4 solution for 28 d, the weight of the sample remained almost unchanged. Compared with the control sample solidified in water, strong acid immersion has no significant effect on the quality and strength of the one-component geo-polymer system composed of fly ash and sludge treated by water. The potential application range of fly ash and sewage sludge in geo-polymer synthesis has been broadened.
