摘要
目的 探讨低能量氦氖激光血管内照射对海洛因依赖者睾酮、内啡肽和内皮素的影响。方法 采用低能量氦氖激光血管内照射加用东莨菪碱静滴治疗海洛因依赖者 2 0例 ,并与单纯东莨菪碱静滴进行对照。结果 低能量氦氖激光治疗后 ,海洛因依赖者血浆睾酮从治疗前 (6 .5 2±2 .13)nmol/L升至 (13.92± 2 .5 0 )nmol/L(P <0 .0 1) ,内啡肽从 (3.2 7± 1.2 4)nmol/L升至 (8.40±1.80 )nmol/L(P <0 .0 1) ,内皮素从 (18.2 3± 2 .5 1) pmol/L降至 (8.6 9± 2 .16 )pmol/L(P <0 .0 1)。结论 低能量氦氖激光血管内照射能提高海洛因依赖者血浆中内啡肽和睾酮的含量 ,降低血浆内皮素的水平。
Objective To study the effect of low energy He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation on testosterone,endorphin and endothelin in heroin addicts.Methods 20 cases with heroin addicts were treated with low energy He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation combined with scopolamine and compared with the control group which were only treated with the scopolamine.Results After He-Ne laser treatment,the level of blood testosterone in heroin addicts was increased from 6.52±2.13 nmol/L to 13.92± 2.50 nm ol/L (P<0.01),and endorphin from 3.27±1.24 nmol/L to 8.40±1.80 nmol/L (P<0.01).But the value of endothelin was decreased from 18.23±2.51 pmol/L to 8.69±2.16 pmol/L(P<0.01).Conclusion It is demonstrated that the low energy He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation can raise the level of testosterone,endorphin and reduce the value of endothlin of heroin addicts.
