摘要
随着外科手术技术的进步,局部累及血管的肝胆胰肿瘤不再是手术禁忌,受累血管切除后重建逐渐在肝胆胰手术中普及,血管移植物的应用亦越来越多。临床中常用的血管移植物主要有自体血管、人工血管和同种异体血管,本文就同种异体血管在肝胆胰脾外科中的应用及其优点进行综述。
With the improvement of surgical techniques,hepatobiliary and pancreatic tumors with local involvement of blood vessels are no longer a surgical contraindication.Reconstruction after resection of the involved blood vessels is gradually popularized in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery,and the application of vascular grafts is also increasing.Autologous blood vessels,artificial blood vessels and allogeneic blood vessels are commonly used in clinical practice.This article reviews the advantages of allogeneic blood vessels and their application in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery.
