Research on Staff Incentive in Software Engineering Project

摘要 工程项目管理中的员工激励,对于项目管理是十分重要的,它决定了项目员工履行岗位职责和实现项目目标的积极性,也决定了项目组织的工作效果。在以往的各类研究中,往往从激励的本质和心理学与经济学角度研究激励的运作和效果。针对项目一次性、临时性特点,结合项目员工特点和需求的激励研究较少。而项目开展过程中的不同阶段,由于任务、强度、需求等的变化,其方法应该是不尽相同的。针对这个情况,本文以软件工程项目为例,结合项目生命周期的概念、项目中员工的特点、项目人力资源管理的特点,提出了软件工程项目中员工激励需要重点考虑的因素和激励过程中的三个步骤,重点从项目员工激励角度分析了激励方法。 Staff incentive in engineering project is very important to project management. It decides staff members' enthusiasm for fulfilling their duties and achieving project objectives. It also decides effects of the project organization. In the past various studies, the operation and effectiveness of incentive are often studied from the point of view of nature and psychology. Considering the features of one time and temporariness, studies on incentive seldom link up with the character and need of project staff. While, in different phases of project, due to changes of task, strength and de mand, methods of motivation should be different. In view of this situation, according to the example of software proiect, with the concept of project life cycle, project staff characteristics and the characteristics of human resources management project, this paper puts forward the most important factors of staff motivation and three steps in the progress of incentive. On the basis of research in Easy-case Information Technology Limited Cot poration, this paper sets forth exactly the specific operations of software project in the start-up phase, planning phase, implementation phase, con trol phase and finishing phase. Incentive methods and effects are analyzed from the point of staff motivation.
