摘要
知识员工本身的特征可能导致低效率。现代企业管理应采取塑造良好企业文化、适度加大压力、实施全面薪酬战略、推行动态激励等措施激励知识员工,以达到使他们高效工作的目的。
Knowledge employees, because of their own character, may cause low efficiency in their work. This article analyzes the function of encouraging mechanism in improving the working efficiency of the knowledge employees. The paper holds that, in order to make the knowledge employees work more efficiently, some corresponding measures should be taken. For instance, we should make good corporate culture, increase pressure properly, use overall salary strategy, and promote the dynamic encouraging measures, etc..
