摘要
以经济全球化、现代信息技术的日益发展和广泛应用、竞争的日益激烈和外部环境的迅猛变化等为研究背景 ,认为 :传统的组织结构越来越不能适应市场形势发展的需要 ,急需一种新的组织形式和管理模式对员工进行重新的组织 ;提出基于项目的虚拟团队组织结构 ,并对虚拟团队产生的背景、组织结构特点进行分析 。
There are full of challenges all over the world. The globe is becoming smaller and smaller. In the business world, competition goes on everywhere and any time, so business must make swift response to the outside world. The traditional organization is facing great pressure. Business must be reorganized to adapt to the changing world. This paper discusses the possible solutions, the virtual structure, its origin, evolution and features and so on. Finally, some tips for the success of the new structure are given.
