摘要
以聚丙烯腈纤维(PAN)为原料,化学改性制得含有偕胺肟基团的螯合纤维(AOCF),使其与纳米氧化银反应,制得纳米氧化银/偕胺肟复合纤维(nano-Ag2O/AOCF)。运用扫描电镜(SEM)及X-衍射能谱仪(EDX)对样品进行了相应的表征,并研究纤维对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌性能。结果表明,在改性纤维表面生成了分散均匀的纳米氧化银,纳米氧化银/偕胺肟复合纤维对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌具有良好的抑菌性能。
The nanosized-silver oxide/amidoxime composite fiber (nano-Ag2O/AOCF) was prepared using Ag20 nano-crystal and amldoxim-chelated polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fiber. The composite fiber was characterized by SEM and EDX,indi-cating that Ag20 nanocrystals were deposited uniformly on the surface of the chelating PAN fiber. The antibacterial proper-ties of fibers against escherichia coli and bacillus subtilis were investigated. The results indicate that nano-Ag20/AOCF has excellent antibacterial properties.
