摘要
以不同官能度的组合聚醚和多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯(PAPI)为反应单体、氯化石蜡(CP52)为增塑剂、2,2′-双吗啉基二乙基醚(DMDEE)为催化剂和酮亚胺(ALT403)为潜固化剂,制备了一种强度高、发泡量大的OCF[单组分PU(聚氨酯)泡沫填缝剂],并探讨了聚醚多元醇、增塑剂、潜固化剂和催化剂等对OCF性能的影响。研究结果表明:当组合聚醚中m(聚醚三元醇MN1000)∶m(聚醚二元醇DL400)=50∶50、w(CP52)=25%、w(ALT403)=4%和w(DMDEE)=0.4%(均相对于OCF质量而言)时,OCF的综合性能相对最好(其拉伸强度为127.5 k Pa,有效发泡倍数为69.1),并且泡沫材料软韧、泡孔均匀。
With mixing polyether containing different functionality degrees and polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate (PAPI) as reaction monomers, chlorcosane ( CP52) as plasticizer, 2,2'- dimorpholinyl diethyl ether ( DM DEE) as catalyst and ketone imide (ALT403) as latent curing agent, so an OCF[one-component PU (polyurethane) foam sealant] with high strength and large amount of foaming was prepared, and the influences of some factors (such as polyether polyol, plasticizer, latent curing agent and catalyst) on properties of OCF were discussed. The research results showed that the OCF had the relatively best combination property (its tensile strength at 127.5 kPa, effective foaming multiples at 69.1 ), and the foam material had the soft toughening and uniform bubble hole when the mass ratio of rn (polyether triol MN1000) : m (polyether diol DL400) was 50:50 in mixing polyether, and the mass fractions of CP52, ALT403 and DMDEE were 25% ,4% and 0.4% respectively in OCF.
