摘要
对3种烷基糖苷(APG-06、APG-0810、APG-1214)在不同温度、不同水硬度下的表面张力、润湿、乳化、起泡性以及去污性进行了研究。结果表明:临界胶束浓度(CMC)随着烷基链增加而降低,随着温度的升高APG-06的表面张力值(γCMC)略有升高;硬度离子使APG的CMC值降低,但对γCMC影响不大;APG-0810对帆布的润湿性最好;对液体石蜡的乳化能力随着烷基链的增加而增加,硬水中的乳化能力优于软水;泡沫性均较好;对蛋白污布的去污能力均较差。
The performances of the alkyl polyglucisides with different carbon chain lengths ( APG-06, APG-0810, APG-1214 ) , including surface tension, wetting, emulsification, foam performances and detergency, were invesifigated in different water hardness and different temperatures. The result indicates that the critical micelle concentration (CMC) decreases with the carbon chains increasing;The surface tension at the CMC (γCMC) of APG-06 increases slightly with the temperature in-creasing;The hard ions make the CMC decrease but only little influence on γCMC. APG-0810 has the best wetting property; The emulsification increases with the carbon chains increasing and shows a better performance in hard water than in soft wa-ter;The foaming of the three surfactants performs well, while the detergency shows a poorer performance for the protein soil clothes.
