烷基多苷(APG)生物降解性的研究 被引量:25

摘要 对5种不同碳链的APG初级生物降解性进行了研究。结果表明,碳链较短的APG能被完全降解,碳链为14~15的支链APG不能被完全降解;结构对APG可降解性的影响:疏水基的结构对其降解性有较大影响,直链醇APG的可降解性优于支链醇对APG的可降解性,碳链较短的降解性优于碳链长的,链支化度影响支链醇APG的降解性;研究还发现,C8~10直链APG,C12~14直链APG,C12~13支链APG和C14~15支链APG的降解曲线在某一区间出现降解度随时间下降的特殊现象。最后提出了APG可能的降解途径。 Primary biodegradation experiment of 5 APGs with different chain lengths was carried out.The results showed that APGs with short chain length could be degraded completely,but APGs with 14~15 carbons could not.The hydrophobic group has great effect on the biodegradability:Linear APGs have better biodegradability than branch APGs,and short carbon chain APGs better than long ones.Degradation curves of APG were researched too and it was found that degradation extent decreased with time within certain interval for some APGs,such as C8~10 linear APGs,C12~14 linear APGs,C12~13 branch APGs and C14~15 branch APGs.A probable biodegradability pathway was finally put forward.
