摘要
利用非离子型表面活性剂复配制备W/O柴油微乳液,并以油、水、表面活性剂+助表面活性剂为三组分做出相图。通过微乳液相区面积考察不同因素对制备柴油微乳液的影响。因素包括不同表面活性剂的复配,不同的助表面活性剂及助表面活性剂与表面活性剂的比(m(C)∶m(T))。并用不同浓度的碱液代替水相,考察碱液对柴油微乳液形成的影响。结果表明最佳实验条件为:表面活性剂复配比为0.667,m(C)∶m(T)=0.3,助剂为正丁醇,碱液质量分数为0.1%。利用HLB值理论和界面膜理论对实验结果进行了分析。
Water- in- oil(W/O) diesel oil microemulsion was prepared with mixed nonionic surfactants. The microemulsions were formed with four constituents : water, oil, cosurfactant and surfactant, and was represented in pseudotemary diagrams. The e.fleet of different factors was analysed by the area of the pseudoternary diagrams. The factors contained different mixture ratio of surfactants, different eesufaetants, different eosurfactant/surfactant ( m (C): m (T)) ratio. And using the different concentration NaOH solution substituting for water, the effect of the alkali liquid was studied. The result indicated the optimum conditions was that the mixture ratio of surfactants was 0.667, the cosurfactant/surfactant ( m (C) : m (T)) ratio was 0.3, the cosurfactant was n - butyl alcohol, and the alkali liquid concentration is 0.1% .
