摘要
提出运用层次分析法进行机械设备维修策略的决策,建立机械设备维修决策层次分析法结构模型。设备的维修策略主要有事后维修、定期维修和状态维修,根据运用层次分析法建立的结构模型,利用Matlab计算判断矩阵的权重并进行一致性检验,通过总权重确定机械设备的维修方式。实例证明,层次分析法能有效的解决机械设备维修策略的决策。
The decision - making of maintenance strategy for mechanical equipment is proposed by u- sing Analytic Hierarchy Process, and then the structure model of Analytic Hierarchy Process is set up for mechanical equipment maintenance decision- making. The main maintenance strategy about me- chanical equipment are Break - down Maintenance, Time Based Maintenance and Condition Based Maintenance. According to the structure model of Analytic Hierarchy Process, the weight of the judg- ment matrix and consistency check is calculated byusing Matlab. Finally, the maintenance strategy of mechanical equipment was established on the basis of total weight. The results prove that the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process can effectively resolve the decision - making of maintenance strategy for mechanical equipment.
