摘要
强力安灭菌剂(稳定二氧化氯)是无色、无味、无毒、无腐蚀的透明液体 ,是一种强氧化剂。可使微生物蛋白质中的氨基酸氧化分解 ,导致氨基酸链断裂 ,蛋白质失活 ,使微生物死亡。其可广泛应用于啤酒厂的CIP系统、无菌水生产和空间及浸泡池的消毒灭菌。一般使用浓度为1.5×10-4～2.0×10-4,灭菌速度快 ,效果好。可改善啤酒厂的工艺卫生条件和大幅度降低成本。
Qiangli′an brand sterilant (stable ClO2) is colorless, tasteless, nonpoisonous, non-corrodent and transparent liquid, being a strong oxidant, it can resolve and oxidize the amino acid of microbial protein, break the amino acid chain and lead to microbial death. Its wide application in CIP systems in breweries, in the production of aseptic water and in space and soaking pool sterilization by general use concentration 1.5×10-4～2×10-4(150～200ppm), plus its rapid and ideal effects, will improve the conditions of technological hygiene and decrease production cost greatly.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
